Question: What do I do if I am having trouble with the installation. I am unable to get past the serial number screen.

Answer: This problem occurs when a firewall is blocking installation. Most users are running two firewalls: one built into Vista or Windows XP and an additional firewall loaded on the computer. A firewall may also be on an external device such as a router if there is one running on a home network.

To resolve the issue please do the following:

1. Uninstall any partially installed Hoopah software installs through the add or remove programs section of the Windows control panel, or by deleting the Hoopah directory from the Program files.

2. Turn off your firewall(s)

3. Reinstall the software

4. Turn back on your firewall(s)
