never have met. It's important to Hoopah to help its customers
retain their privacy when they take advantage of all the Internet has to

Privacy Principles
Because your privacy is important to
us, Hoopah operates by the following principles:
Principle 1.
Hoopah explicitly asks when it needs information that personally
identifies you ("Personal Information"). Hoopah asks for your
first and last name, and email address. You may update this information
at any time from within your Hoopah account by clicking "Options…"
from the tools menu with in the Configuration window.
Principle 2.
Your Personal Information is used only to authenticate you account and
to display appropriate individualized information. Hoopah keeps
all of your Personal Information private and does not share it with any
third parties. Hoopah will not disclose your Personal Information
unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary
to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2)
protect and defend the rights or property of Hoopah; (3) enforce
the Hoopah Terms of Service; or (4) act to protect the interests
of its members or others.
Principle 3.
Hoopah will not send you any unsolicited information, including
email, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a Hoopah
welcome letter explaining the features provided by the service. Under
exigent circumstances, Hoopah may be required to send you
information about the service or your account, but Hoopah will not
send you unsolicited email regarding any commercial offers or
advertisements at any time.

If at any time you believe that Hoopah has not adhered to these
principles, please notify us by email at
privacy@hoopah.com and we will use all commercially reasonable
efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.

What about Cookies?
Cookies are pieces of information that

Safeguarding the Personal Information
of children is extremely important. Hoopah collects the minimum
amount of Personal Information necessary to operate the service. A

necessary to its operation (a "Secondary Use").
Does
Hoopah collect other forms of information about its users?
In addition to the use of Personal
Information to operate the site, Hoopah also gathers anonymous

Hoopah service?
Personal Information collected by
Hoopah is stored in secure operating environments that are not
available to the public.
How else might someone learn of my
Personal Information while visiting another site?
In addition to directly providing
information to Hoopah, you might also provide Personal Information
through chat sessions, email exchanges or bulletin board use made
available to you on other sites Chat sessions and bulletin board or
newsgroup use is considered public and you are responsible for your
actions in these areas. The Hoopah Privacy Statement does not
cover this type of transfer of your Personal Information. You should
always be careful when distributing your Personal Information in this
