Kidivew Computer Explorer Setup and Installation Help

IMPORTANT:

FIRST

Please ensure that the Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1 is currently installed on your computer by installing it one of two ways.

You can download this update directly using the following URL:
download and install the required update by clicking [HERE].

OR

download the .NET Framework 1.1 from Microsoft Windows Update.

NEXT

Once the updates are complete, please attempt to run Hoopah Kidview by clicking the icon on your desktop. If you continue to have difficulty please restart your computer and then try to install Hoopah Kidview Computer Explorer again.

If after completing these steps you continue to have difficulty, please refer to the rest of this document. For assistance, please contact our technical support department.

Please Ensure that your computer meets the following minimum system requirements:

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP

Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 requires Service Pack 6a.

Important: Make sure you have the latest service pack and critical updates for the version of Windows that you are running. To find recent security updates, visit Windows Update.

You must also be running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or later.
